The Rainbow Secondary School, Masorie Mile 91 was found in September 2013 by a group of experienced educationists. Same year, the school gained recognition by the Government. It is opened to all children regardless of faith and tribe. As a co-educational institution with a rigorous curriculum that fosters progress, Rainbow aims to promote quality education and social skills. The school is deeply committed to the growth and development of moral and intellectual aspects of the pupils. In 2015, the school sent its first set of 36 pupils for Basic Education Certificate Examination (BECE) and came with 100% passes. With this performance, the administration saw the need of running a senior school for the children to continue with the same aspiration at the senior school level. The Senior Sector and the School Board of Governors have been approved by the Ministry of Education Science and Technology. In an effort to help the pupils to produce good result, the school administration also saw the need of running a boarding home to offer them a conducive environment for their education. Plans are on the way to build a Science Laboratory. As a community school, pupils are given freedom to practice their religions and the Proprietors, administration and staff are strongly committed to the growth and development of their religions.
